The following are terms of a legal agreement between Client and ITFox and its associated companies. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms below and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with these terms, we cannot provide you with a service.
Authorisation - Client authorises ITFox to conduct an evaluation of the machine left, to be able to provide an estimated cost of the repair
Pricing Policy - prices for products and services are set and non negotiable, No work will commence unless price is agreed on by customer.
Testing - ITFox will provide a free evaluation of customers machines free of charge with the exception of televisions, if a Deeper test is needed requiring the technician to take extensive time testing the machine, the cost of this is £25, The testing of Televisions costs £25 and must must be paid before testing can begin.
Confidentiality - ITFox agrees not to disclose any and all information or data files supplied with, stored on, or recovered from client's equipment.
Payment - Payment is due in full upon completion of successful repair, prior to the release of the repaired machine.
Warranty - Three months warranty on any refurbished system sold,
Proof of ownership - Clients are required to provide their unique customer ID when collecting or inquiring about their service.
UNCOLLECTED ITEMS - any property left unclaimed at ITFox for 60 days after completion of service, will be subject to job reversal while the customer is obligated to cover labour costs, or preparations for disposal
RESTOCKING FEE - ITFOX reserves the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% on products returned by customers which have no technical problems.
